How a school actually gets on Remora
- Can we create an account ourselves?
- Yes. Download it and the guided setup walks you through levels, the year, classes, subjects, staff and pupils — free for 30 days. For a school hosted by Remora, request a walkthrough: Remora loads your sections, levels and class list with you, then gives you a login.
- What happens after we send this?
- Someone from Remora reaches you on the phone or email you left. Not a sequence of automated messages.
- Do we have to run it on Remora's servers?
- No. Hosted by Remora is the usual path. A school that wants the application and the records on its own hardware can download it and install it itself — free for 30 days — or have Remora install it with them.
- Can parents pay online?
- No. Money is taken at the desk — cash, or a mobile money or bank transfer the bursar records — and receipted there.
- Do parents install an app?
- No. The office sends each family a private link — on Nyocte or WhatsApp — and it opens in the browser already on the phone.
